We could all stand to be less judgey. When we see someone in a particular situation or circumstance, we automatically think about what would have happened for us to be in that place.
We forget that everyone is different. Their options are different than ours so their choices might have been too.
Before you assume, know the facts.
Then offer help instead of criticism. Support instead of ridicule. And, before you speak make sure your opinion is asked for.
We might all be navigating the same storm, but we don't all have the same boat, skills, education, support system, awareness, or strength.
