Be Willing To Speak Out

Morning Mantra: "Our lives begin to end the day we become silent about things that matter." {MLKJr}  In order to change the narrative we must face it.  In order to make a difference we must not be silent.  
This doesn't mean you must get angry.  This doesn't mean you must become confrontational.  That usually just makes the unenlightened dig their heels in deeper.
I believe, you can garner more change by spreading love, not hate.  Be outraged enough to do something by all means, just be careful not to add flames to the fire.
Instead of sharing the negative memes, quotes and images of what is happening in our world (the media does that enough!) let's all share more of the good stuff.  The message is the same, but it has a better chance of being heard.
Share the stuff that makes us recognize our commonality, not our differences.  
We are responsible for what we bring to the conversation.
We are responsible for how we want to be heard.
We are responsible for the energy we bring.
Ask yourself- Does this divide us or bring us together?
Does this spread love or more hate?
Will this be a tool for peace and understanding?
