Episode 029 - 2022-2023 Recap: What I've been up to this last (almost) year. Lots of rambling and self-interrupted stories (and anecdotes) in this one. From jiu jitsu to starting my lifting journey, my outdoor activities, to me complaining about the changing of the seasons, it's all here, folks! Just kidding, but we do get a tad introspective at times while reflecting - just the nature of the beast, I guess.
