Where are you most yourself? When you're by yourself? With three friends? In a huge crowd? Today I explore when I'm most myself, and how that range has grown with years of personal work, and with motherhood. Tune in for ideas on how to bring more of yourself to social situations and creative projects, in slow and doable ways. We talk about the cost of being likable, and the gifts of truly being yourself. We also talk about leaning into what we find unlikable, and mining the gifts on the other side. We draw a really sweet card that offers healing for your inner child, who might believe that their behavior or words inherently hurt others, based on a childhood wound.
