Welcome to another deep dive into your inner world.Today’s journey is designed to help you gain deeper awareness of the limiting and heavy beliefs you hold about yourself and to gently release the silent judgments that may have been resting on your shoulders for years.We may carry negative beliefs about our worth, our belonging, our abilities, and our lovability. These beliefs are usually shaped by past experiences and the opinions or beliefs of others. Like heavy stones in our inner world, they slow us down. They make it harder to move forward in life and relationships, adding weight, confusion, and emotional complexity to our path.🌟 In this meditation, we’ll use creative visualization to:✨ Meet yourself without judgment and with unconditional love✨ Step into the role of a gentle observer or researcher, exploring your life experience with curiosity✨ Identify inner judgments and stories without identifying with them✨ Feel the emotional sensations activated by these judgments without becoming the emotions or identifying with them✨ Write your heavy beliefs on symbolic stones and release them with awareness into the flowing river of life✨ Consciously choose a new belief to live by and guide your life journey with greater clarity📓 Journaling can deepen the experience:1️⃣ What beliefs were written on the stones you released into the river?2️⃣ What new belief about yourself would you like to live by? What changes might this bring to your life?
