Betting on yourself & Getting out your own way

This episode was recorded last year, and it was one of the shows we kept in the vault. Believing in yourself is more than just posting quotes on social media or recycling clichés from other people. Betting on yourself is taking the necessary steps to reach goals by putting yourself out there to succeed through trail and error. To achieve those goals you can’t be the antagonist in your own story. The longer you let doubt sink in your mind it just continues a downward spiral of reluctance. Take the power back mentally and put yourself in the best position to excel.
