Schoenfeld admits that he didn't talk to Allen at all for the piece, but Schoenfeld thinks that Allen may just be shy and doesn't like to give interviews. Schoenfeld talks about his experience talking to Bert Kolde. Schoenfeld says that Jody Allen is very much like an owner that we see in professional sports, where Paul Allen wasn't the prototypical professional sports owner. Schoenfeld says that people in the Blazers and Seahawks organizations do like Jody Allen as the owner. Schoenfeld is 100% confident that Jody Allen knows that Paul Allen wanted to keep the Blazers in Portland, but he also says that if the offers that want to keep the Blazers in Portland are low, Jody would sell to a higher bidder.
