Send me a text. Have you ever been told not to cry and just handle whatever you are going through without tears? I have. Did I listen? NO! If I feel the need to cry I cry. I can cry at a commercial at someone's story they share, you name it I cry.  I probably cry a lot more than I use to .  Crying is something that everyone should be able to do when in need. Now I don't wail at least I don't think I do. So letting your emotions get the best of you is ok and you need to know that.  A newborn baby makes me really cry. It's such a joy of a new life in the world. Sometimes a good cry can make all the difference in the world, and yes ,  big girls do cry and men too. it's okay.
