Often time’s people make the mistake of trying to embody God. I think it is beautiful to want symbols of God and spiritual things to be a part of your environment. Just remember that the cross on your wall is a symbol, and the God we serve is bigger than it is. The figurine on your mantel may look like the fleshly image Christ inhabited while he walk this earth, but now Christ is bigger than that fleshly body. As long as, we remember that God is bigger, mightier and more powerful than all of these things, we will be able to grow in God. Growing in God allows us to embrace our primary assignment. All honor and glory belong to the most high God for he is worthy of the praise. Acknowledging on today that God is mighty and all situations, circumstances and sicknesses.
