Thinking in absolutes can be harmful for us and others.  When we think we are either good or bad, but nothing in between we tend to miss all the good things that we may offer to the world and focus on all the bad things that we are.  Sometimes we can also think we are not prone to failure and when we fail we may feel like it's the end of the world, but this podcast will teach you that just because you failed once, does not mean you will fail every single time you try something.  By changing the way we think we can find new avenues to think and to create a better life. Mind Fit Podcast 23, Black and White Thinking with Robert Aceves and Neil Babins.  This 23rd episode, Black and White Thinking, is about working on being more flexible and seeing that there are more colors to life than the ones we may be focusing on.  This podcast also talks about thinking black or white as a defense mechanism because we are afraid to fail again so therefore we tend to generalize things in the world, when in fact every moment is an independent experience from the rest.  Black and White Thinking explains the many different things we can do to overcome our limitations that may arise in our daily lives and come up with a plan to break them now.  And what we can do to improve ourselves and also understand where our problems may be coming from.  In this podcast Black and White Thinking, you will learn how to connect better with yourself, and how to lead a healthier life simply by being you.
