Hey there, weather watchers! It's time for your Boise, Idaho forecast, and boy, do we have some chilly news coming your way! First up, we've got a Cold Weather Advisory and a Winter Storm Watch in effect, so bundle up, folks! Tonight, expect a mostly clear sky with temperatures steadily sitting around 8 degrees Fahrenheit. It's going to be calm and crisp out there. Wednesday brings us a sunny day with some patchy fog trying to make an appearance before 11 in the morning. The high will be a brisk 26 degrees Fahrenheit, so keep those winter layers handy. Things get interesting on Thursday. After 11 in the morning, snow starts to roll in. We're looking at temperatures reaching near 31 degrees Fahrenheit, with east-southeast winds between 7 to 11 miles per hour. Expect about 2 inches of fresh snow to blanket the area. Friday continues the wintry mix with rain and snow before 2 in the afternoon, with temperatures climbing to around 39 degrees Fahrenheit. Saturday looks a bit more promising with partly sunny skies. Sunday is going to be a wet one, with rain and snow potentially turning to all rain after 11 in the morning. Temperatures will hover around 42 degrees Fahrenheit. As we head into Washington's Birthday, expect cloudy conditions with a 60 percent chance of rain and temperatures near 42 degrees Fahrenheit.
