For meditation I recommend you lay down, with your arms by your sides, palms up. Now I want you to breathe in and out very gently through the nose. As you breathe deep, I want you to imagine a glowing white light in your belly. As you breathe in it begins to expand. As you breathe out, it stays the same size. This is a heavenly light, filled with love, capable of immense healing, and relaxation...
