Sırada Görüntüleme yöntemleri var. Tanı ve tedavinin planlamasında görüntüleme yöntemleri ayrıntılı bilgi sağladıkları için önemli bir yer tutarlar. Servikal grafi ilk ve en kolay yapılan tetkiktir. Bu grafide omurlarda spondiloz ile oluşan gagamsı çıkıntıların olup olmamasına ve intervetebral disk mesafesinde daralma olup olmadığına bakılır. Ayrıcada boyun omurlarında kırık, kayma ve diğer hasarlanmaların olup olmadığı hakkında fikir verebilir. Kemik yapıların çok daha ayrıntılı görülebildiği yöntem servikal tomografidir.
