The folks at Kabuki Strength spend a lot of time getting people to roll around on the ground like babies.   And I like that.   I recently attended the Kabuki Movement Systems course, and I found it to be quite valuable - and I also really enjoy going to courses outside of my comfort zone (I am definitely not a powerlifter). I've done a lot of similar continuing education as the Kabuki folks in the physical therapy realm, so seeing how they apply their takeaways to their sport as illuminating.
