I know the three-step system sounds super easy, I also do know that the implementation is everything, but easy.

So let's dive in, let's explore your fears and limiting beliefs and how you can use this simple yet intense process to free yourself from them.

• I'm surrounded by supportive forces.
• Stop following what's expected.
• I stand by my values.
• I can make it happen under all circumstances.

PICK AND CHOOSE, FOUR JOURNAL PROMPT OPTIONS:

• Write down all your fears, worries, and limiting beliefs:
• What is stopping you from facing your fears?
• What are you saying no to because you're saying yes to your fears?
• Write yourself a motivational letter. One that you only read when you're overcome with fears.
