I composed this Celtic-sounding fiddle tune while camping deep in the forests of the Adirondack Mountains back in 1991. I wrote the melody out on a cardboard box so that when I got through camping I would remember the tune and be able to play it on my fiddle which was not with me on the camping trip. &#34Braw Birks&#34 is Gaelic ( I think so) for &#34Beautiful Birches&#34.
