My Quarter Life “Journey” Makayla Scanlan Hey! I’m Makayla and welcome to My Quarter Life “Journey”! I call it a journey rather then a crisis because I’m learning so many things along the way! I want you to take this podcast as life advice from your big sister. I share some of my experiences I have gone through and am still going through so you can relate and maybe understand your life a little bit more. I talk about sex, relationships, society, girl stuff, friends, and so much more! Thank you for listening and I hope you enjoy! Neta? Juramelo. Neta? Juramelo. I had a quarter life crisis the day of my 25th birthday with some drinks and my best friends and decided to start a podcast. Will this be another hobby I forget in two months? follow to find out ;) Average But Owning It Haley and Maddie Listener Guide: - ICYWW will always be true crime cases and stands for "Incase you weren't wondering" - TTFI will always be based around less structured, conversational topics and stands for "Table Talks for Idiots" (us not you) Maddie doesn't have a hobby. Haley has too many, and has taken it upon herself to get Maddie unreasonably hooked on something-- anything. (true crime, social causes, the Kennedys, to name a few). Post-college graduation is primetime for a quarter-life crisis and some soul searching: on Average but Owning it, Maddie and Haley are going to do a little bit of both. Lessons Learned From... Jenny Muchnikoff Everyone's life is constantly changing and evolving. Someone could be saying 'yes' to a new opportunity, while someone else could be dealing with a period of heartbreak and sorrow. My point being; we're all on our own journeys. But while life comes at us all fast, this podcast is meant to be a space to press pause. During each episode, I'll reflect on the lessons learned from my life, talking about my experience with everything from more serious topics like loss and mental health to sillier ones like the worst first dates of my life as well as ones I think every 20-something can relate to, like navigating my quarter life crisis. I hope to create a place where everyone can grow together and take away something from each episode, whether it be a much-needed laugh, a good cry, some free advice, or even a little bit of inspiration.
