As a former binge eater, overeater and diet addict, our guest this week,  Michelle McClintock, knows how it feels. Michelle McClintock, is a Binge Eating Recovery Specialist, and Food Freedom Coach, whose struggle with being a chronic dieter started as a teenager. In her 20's she was told something that would leave her feeling ugly and undervalued. That feeling stuck with her for many, many years, further fueling her struggle with her weight, body image and low self-esteem.  One day she just couldn't take it anymore and went on a mission to fix herself. She took control of food and was no longer  controlled by food. Her healing became her passion and she now works with individuals helping them break free from dieting, binging and overeating.
