Breathe is the movement for Health and Wellness! If we don't Breathe right...it won't be quite right - Physically, Energetically, Emotionally, Mentally or Spiritually. Edward Pratt is a Tai Chi Chuan and Martial Arts Coach. He has a little over 30 years experience in both disciplines. Edward is compassionate about teaching the integration of the movements; of these disciplines for Health and Wellness. He believes these principles should be applied in our daily lives. Edward encourages everyone to try Tai Chi and at least take one class with him.
