Brendon Trayner is a 20-year veteran of public safety. He currently works as a Captain, paramedic, hazmat technician, and recruit training officer. Brendon also served as an executive board member for the IAFF overseeing recruitment and promotional processes. He is the author of the best-selling book Fire Interview: The Storyteller Method which went to number 1 on amazon and is selling in 5 countries. He is the host of The Storyteller Podcast. Brendon is a founding member of Public Safety Answers, which is a firefighter recruit testing company that's committed to bringing firefighter testing into the 21st century. Prior to his time in public safety Brendon was an Olympic weightlifter for USA weightlifting.
