However, I don’t mind taking on the long trails, so so some bright spark came up with the nickname “The Diesel” Running has changed my life and I love how it gets me fit, connects me with wonderful people and gives me crazy adventures to look forward to. I don’t mind a chat and so have asked a few of my running buddies to share their stories and I reckon its good for the soul to hear such positivity and community spirit.
