G’day welcome to the first episode of a new podcast I’m gonna call “diesel dialogue”  My name is Bryce Davies and I’m a keen runner, but I’m big, slow and tend to huff and puff a little more than the fit petrol models alongside me.  However, I don’t mind taking on the long trails, so so some bright spark came up with the nickname “The Diesel”   Running has changed my life and I love how it gets me fit, connects me with wonderful people and gives me crazy adventures to look forward to. I don’t mind a chat and so have asked a few of my running buddies to share their stories and I reckon its good for the soul to hear such positivity and community spirit.    Tune in and let me know what you think.
