Bundoran RNLI to host Emergency Services Open Day

The volunteer crew of Bundoran RNLI Lifeboat will host an Emergency Services Open Day. Already confirmed to take part are Bundoran RNLI, Bundoran Fire & Rescue, Tyrone Underwater Search & Recovery, Donegal Bay CFR, Irish Coast Guard and the Ballyshannon-based ECAS (Emergency Call Answering Service). The event is free of charge to attend and will take place on the pier at West End, Bundoran from 1-4pm on Sunday 25th August.  Organiser of the event, volunteer Shane Smyth says it’s a great opportunity for all to see lifesaving equipment up close as well as getting an understanding of how it works.
