Often we rely on other to build us up but is that necessarily their job or fair? We look towards people for reassurance but assurance has to happen before we can be reassured. We have to feel love, success and fulfillment within ourselves before we can feel it from other people. We must grow & be strong on our own accord before we turn to other or even try to do the same for others. If not we will feel burnout, unappreciated or unseen.
