You get claps for grinding, but nobody’s there when your body crashes or your relationships fall apart.We need to stop pretending that being constantly exhausted is noble.Signs You’re Overdoing It You might be burned out if:You’re always tired, even after sleeping.You’re irritable over small things.You start resenting your work or family.You’re going through the motions, not actually present.And here’s the worst part — you’re probably less productive than you think.Your quality drops.
