California Claims Under-21s Are "Infants" When It Comes To 2A Rights

Does a California law barring gun purchases for 18-20 year olds violate their constitutional rights? The Ninth Circuit is currently hearing a challenge to the state law, including California's ludicrous argument that the Founders considered all those under the age of 21 to be "infants," even as they were serving in the militia.
