Cancer patients south of Donegal 'excluded' from HSE bus to Galway

It's been claimed that cancer patients south of Donegal Town are being excluded from accessing the Letterkenny-to-Galway HSE-funded transport. There's said to be a large number of cancer patients in this region who have to make the long journey to Galway for treatment. However, people living along the N15 corridor between Ballyshannon and Rathcormac are said to be unable to access the cancer bus traveling down from Letterkenny. Instead they must travel to Sligo to access a similar service there. Independent Cllr Marie Casserly says it doesn't make sense:
