Brian discusses the funding for DHS and how it briefly seemed it would come through, but the deal unraveled as Congress Republicans split. Later we are joined by Wisconsin Supreme Court candidate Judge Chris Taylor. She tells us about her campaign and some of the concerns she has with today’s government overreach.
