Carmel is the latest municipality to adopt restrictions on the number of rentals in neighborhoods. The Trump Administration recently rescinded guidance directing hospitals to provide emergency abortions to women when they are necessary to stabilize their medical condition. Purdue University gave a two-day notice to the student newspaper that it would no longer help with distribution. The Indiana Black Legislative Caucus will hold a series of town halls around the state over the next four months.
