Capítulo 26: Novedades extranjería.

Hay novedades para los extranjeros, en concreto, los del régimen general y más concretamente, para los interesados en tramitar arraigo laboral. Aunque con cautela tenemos que ver cómo van interpretando los tribunales y en concreto las oficinas de extranjería sus nuevas instrucciones, se abre una puerta a los extranjeros que quieran tramitar la residencia por circunstancias excepcionales por arraigo laboral. Para ello tenemos que ir a la novedosa sentencia del Tribunal Supremo nº452/2021, de 25 de marzo, de la Sección Quinta de lo Contencioso-Administrativo, la cual afirma que, para tramitar una residencia por arraigo laboral, la relación laboral puede acreditarse POR CUALQUIER MEDIO DE PRUEBA VÁLIDO.
