She was fantastic and I absolutely loved chatting all things sleep with her. Kerry and I went in deep and discussed practical tips for helping your baby to sleep, why there are no bad habits and why some parents resort to 'sleep training'. Kerry shared what she has done with her gorgeous little girl, Betsy and talks about how becoming a parent has changed her attitude towards work. I really love this episode and listen to the end where I get really passionate about flying the flag for the desperate, sleep deprived mother. I really hope you enjoy this one!
