CATCH UP - Kochie loves a smashed avo!

Sunrise presenter David Koch stopped by after a busy weekend at Telethon. He is still in shock with the record-breaking amount of money raised. He gave NNS the rundown on his daily routine and his delicious breakfast choice every morning! Former rugby league footballer and TV star Beau Ryan called in this morning as he hosts The Amazing Race Australia. He said he wasn’t prepared at all for the amount of waiting around he had to do but loved every second of the journey. And Nat’s friend at Telethon was running so quickly to deliver a large cheque, she tripped and fell bruising her chin. A shoe box took a chunk out of Elle’s nose, Narelle will never be eating marshmallows again and Nikki had a disaster with a tooth pick.
