On this week's episode we have special guest Caroline Chatham, she is a realtor in Dallas and Baylor University graduate. She has received her IFC approved Coaching Ceritification and is currently seeing clients. Bruce and Caroline talk about one of her clients who she has work with for 10 plus years. A subset of her clients are on the spectrum. This has allowed her to help a different population and help educate the parents. Another area of expertise Caroline has is working with youth who have ADHD. She responds to the needs of these clients by personalizing the teaching and goal setting. She also enjoys working with the parents, coaching the parents as well. Bruce and Caroline discuss the different types of ADHD and the needs for each subtype.
