You cannot learn how being an expat is going to be until you spend a good amount of time in your adopted country. Being able to converse openly and being emotionally communicative can provide a sense of freedom. It is not always the most intelligent people who are successful, it is often those who can communicate ideas effectively. Vadim does not use a set method approach to coaching, he uses individual approaches for each of his clients.
