The Fed Raising Interest Rates Will Destroy Overvalued Tech Stocks & More
Release Date: 05/29/2021
Description: No one knows when interest rates will go back up, but when they do, this will make borrowing money way more expensive. Businesses and Consumers will cut back their spending which will in turn cause lower earnings for multiple companies and force stock prices lower. Stocks are already over valued, and all it takes to make them crash is the fed raising their interest rates higher. The stock market is dancing on a knifes edge right now. I am not telling everyone to panic, but you would be foolish not to have some cash on hand in your brokerage account to buy stocks on the dip. I typically recommend keeping 30% of your cash in stocks and 70% of your cash as cash sitting in your brokerage.
