Maxime Kien is a French chef whose family was from Burgundy, France but he grew up on the Cote D'Azur in Menton. His love of French food and cooking was inspired by his late father who passed away when Maxime was young. Now though Chef Kien has forged his own career which has seen him cook in some amazing kitchens around the world and led him to New York. The Boucherie restaurants which he runs in New York are fabulous places to eat French food in the city that never sleeps but loves to eat.
