Should they be charging at all? Is it exploitative? But is he really a Chelsea legend? He is only the third Chelsea goalkeeper to win the Club's 'Player of the Year' in 2002 and arguably is the third best goalkeeper in the club's history, but the feeling remains that his Chelsea career is a case of what might have been, had Petr Cech not arrived and relegated Carlo to the bench.
