Stamford Chidge is joined by Dr Mart, Jonathan Kydd, Dan Levene, Dan Silver, Clayton Beerman and Andy Silverman to review the season and announce the winners of the Chelsea FanCast Season Awards 2015.It has been a fantastic season – beating Spurs at Wembley to win the Capital One Cup; Diego Costa rampaging through opposition defenders and scoring goals; Fabregas and his magic hat; Hazard and his magic feet; John Terry better than ever and peerless as Captain, Leader, Legend; saying farewell to Didier Drogba a Chelsea legend; the scousers giving us a guard of honour; winning the Premier League at a canter to become Champions again; and last but by no means least, Jose Mourinho – still the Special One! Tonight we’ll be looking back at all this and in the process announcing the winners in the Chelsea FanCast Season Awards…On the show tonight we’ll be kicking off with the ratings for the season as written by Mark, and we’ll kick off the awards with the big one – Player of the season and then...
