Chicago Declares A State Of Emergency Over Migrant Crisis

On Tuesday, outgoing mayor Lori Lightfoot declared a state of emergency regarding the influx of migrants into Chicago. The declaration comes as Title 42 is set to expire today, which allowed for the immediate expulsion of migrants who crossed the U.S, Mexican border.
