Childcare crisis needs to be addressed at a local and national level

This month’s meeting of Leitrim County Council in Kinlough heard calls on the government to tackle the current Childcare Crisis experienced by many families, locally and nationally.The issue was raised by Councillor Paddy Farrell.The Fianna Fail Councillor says there is a lack of facilities available to care for young babies when maternity leave has ended.Councillor Farrell says it’s a matter that needs to be addressed urgently.
