Chinese authorities to assist in Brisbane baby scalding case

Chinese authorities are travelling to Brisbane to assist in investigating the August 2024 attack where a 33-year-old Chinese national threw scalding coffee on nine-month-old baby Luca at Stones Corner before fleeing to China. China has extraterritorial jurisdiction, allowing prosecution of Chinese nationals who commit crimes overseas.
