This time of year is often referred to as the “Season of Lights.” Christmas, Hanukkah, Diwali, and Kwanzaa. Homes, businesses, and streets are decorated with lights. Is Jesus the light or one of many lights? Jesus’ light is true and gives life, illuminates, reveals, warns, warms, and attracts. Jesus’ light is like the light at an end of a tunnel that shows the desired destination. Any other light is like an oncoming train that results in tragedy.
