In this interview, Christopher Brock, CEO at Primary Hosting, shares his origin story and the ultimate growth hacking guide. Chris grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. He loved playing basketball and was even able to play in college. In college, he learned that his dream of playing in the NBA would never happen. So he turned from basketball to the books. He learned a lot from basketball, how to work hard and recover as needed. He studied Philosophy and though he would have chosen a different area if he had known where his entrepreneurial path would take him, he still loves philosophy. While in college, he was able to grow in leadership skills and serve his college by creating a new website for the student body and student organizations to connect. From this design, he started using the same idea to connect wedding vendors to couples planning their weddings. He worked for a startup that grew into a worldwide company connecting businesses and customers. He has been on the ground floor helping businesses to customize ads and target their specific clientelle. He has worked for gigantic corporations as well as small startups to create exactly what they need. Since then he has started his own business connecting businesses to advertisers and various vendors. When a business has a problem, they can look to Primary Hosting to find solutions.
