No church is perfect, because imperfect people are there. Just because we are Christian, does not mean that we won’t mess up. We will! Then what? We need to be accountable to each other and work it out. If you are being called to a different church, then follow that. Don’t allow people to get in the way of your relationship with God. We have all heard it before, people stopped attending church because someone hurt their feelings or offended them.  Would you really let that come between you and God? We hope not! We are still to follow all of what the Bible tells us to do. To serve the Lord! In whatever way He calls you! Is that to serve at church? Is that to start a program in your neighborhood? Follow God’s path! We cannot stress that enough. We are also called to tithe. People might see this in different ways, but the bottom line is, this is God’s money that he blessed you with. What is He calling you to do with it? If we are not tithing to the church, how can we  expect the church to function in a biblical way?

Joel‬ ‭1‬:‭14‬ ‭ESV‬‬
“Consecrate a fast; call a solemn assembly. Gather the elders and all the inhabitants of the land to the house of the Lord your God, and cry out to the Lord.”
‭‭
Isaiah‬ ‭1‬:‭11‬-‭13‬ ‭ESV‬‬
““What to me is the multitude of your sacrifices? says the Lord; I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams and the fat of well-fed beasts; I do not delight in the blood of bulls, or of lambs, or of goats. “When you come to appear before me, who has required of you this trampling of my courts? Bring no more vain offerings; incense is an abomination to me. New moon and Sabbath and the calling of convocations— I cannot endure iniquity and solemn assembly.”
‭‭
Haggai‬ ‭2‬:‭6‬-‭9‬ ‭ESV‬‬
“For thus says the Lord of hosts: Yet once more, in a little while, I will shake the heavens and the earth and the sea and the dry land. And I will shake all nations, so that the treasures of all nations shall come in, and I will fill this house with glory, says the Lord of hosts. The silver is mine, and the gold is mine, declares the Lord of hosts. The latter glory of this house shall be greater than the former, says the Lord of hosts. And in this place I will give peace, declares the Lord of hosts.’””
