Happy Cinco de Mayo, everybody! It's your host Weldon Henson celebrating with my buddy Eric Sims. We whipped up some margaritas and got us some chips and salsa for this episode to really get in the spirit. I'd say this episode is probably 80% about Mexican food restaurants, which as we have found out, is a pretty passionate topic for the both of us.
