Rabbi Robert J. Marx was a lifelong champion for justice. He founded the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs in 1964 as a way to mobilize the Jewish community to stand up for economic, racial and social justice. Marx also worked closely with the Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Reset talks to two of his disciples, who reflect on Rabbi Marx’s life, legacy and lasting impact on Chicago and beyond.
