Her passion for youth, nonprofit management and community organizing has shaped her path as a Non Profit Coach. She has now been working with Nonprofits for 14 years and coaching independently for the past 4 years. Tea has earned certifications in Mental Health, Non-Profit Management, Strategic Planning and Public Speaking.  Her engagement styles include panel presentations, lectures, group discussions, workshops and art based events. Tea enjoys building and training with community members, educators, service providers, community organizers, nonprofit professionals and YOUTH.
