CMSgt (Ret) Maryann Navarro

Maryann Navarro is a retired Chief Master Sergeant who served as a key resource and adviser to senior leadership and staff on human resources and operational activities at the Air Force’s second-largest training installation with a workforce comprised of over 12,000 personnel. She directly led and mentored over 1,600 personnel in six diverse branches executing combat support, logistics, and services activities for 114,000 customers. She oversaw all matters related to force utilization, mission effectiveness, readiness, training, and development and managed a $4.4B budget.Upon retirement, Chief Navarro Maryann her passion to become an entrepreneur and currently owns and operates four diverse business platforms. As of recent, she’s partnered with Courageous Leadership Alliance global leadership consulting company as an Adjunct Instructor and is certified as a Resilience Building Leadership Program Trainer (RBLP-T). Last and most importantly, she is a single mother to three young men, ages 10, 16, and 20 years old, and also the caretaker for her mother.
