He has been an active member of the Arizona Real Estate Investors Association (AZREIA) since 2005 and facilitates the Promissory Note Subgroup for the Association. He is a member of the Arizona Private Lenders Association (APLA) and the Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona Association (MHCA). Tom holds a mortgage broker license, and a manufactured home reseller license. Tom and his network of investors earn monthly income as private lenders in the Passive Income Network.
