In demand on the concert stage, Ms. Marcello was the featured soprano soloist for the Buffalo Philharmonic Chorus performance of Handel’s Messiah and the soprano soloist with the Vocalis Chamber Choir’s performance of the Nelson Mass. Ms. Marcello has been a featured soloist under the baton of Robert Franz (“Maria” in West Side Story) and Marvin Hamlisch with the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra.In addition to performing locally, Ms. Marcello performed in Off- Broadway musical theater and professional opera productions in New York City and New Jersey. Her favorite roles include: “Gretel” (Hansel and Gretel), “Margie Frake” (State Fair), “Peggy Sawyer “(42nd Street), “Tuptim “(King and I), and “Hodel” (Fiddler on the Roof).Ms. Marcello received her Master of Vocal Pedagogy and Performance from Westminster Choir College.
