In a world where false teachings threaten to diminish Christ's deity and elevate secret knowledge or religious add-ons, Paul proclaims that Jesus is everything: fully God, creator and sustainer of all things, and the mystery now revealed, Christ in us, the hope of glory. Colossians invites us to see Jesus as the exalted Messiah, sufficient for salvation and supreme over every power, idol, or tradition. His indwelling presence transforms every aspect of life, including our worship, suffering, daily choices, and even our households, calling us to live as a new humanity under His lordship.
